DESIGN BOARD GUIDELINES

Please create 2 Design Boards

1. Living Room Furnishings

2. Master Bathroom Finish Details

Your Client:

Husband and Wife, mid 30’s, 2 kids.  Came to LGD because they love our portfolio and the work they have seen online.  They are comfortable shopping at stores like Restoration Hardware, but also enjoys saving money on pieces where it doesn’t compromise quality.  Their kids are old enough to not ruin the furniture with spit up and cheerios but are also kids so wear and tear is on their mind.  They enjoy entertaining friends and family, outdoor living and ultimately want a space they can feel comfortable and relaxed in.  They don’t love super trendy items or finishes but also are not stuffy or too classic.  Their bathroom needs a total overhaul… shower, tub, separate vanities, lighting, flooring, etc.

Thank you for your interest in working with the LGD team and we look forward to seeing your work!
