About LGD

In 2005, Alexis "Lexi" Lundberg and her realtor husband Chris moved to Arizona and began flipping houses.

The couple quickly realized homes featuring Lexi's expert design choices and intentionally curated staging sold quicker and at a higher price point than comparable listings.

Real estate professionals and clients began seeking Lexi's services and Lexi Grace Design was founded.

Since then, LGD has grown to include build, furnishing, styling and staging design services, along with The Greenfield (a vacation rental home), and studio/event space The Barn Studio. In their personal lives, Lexi and Chris (Redeemed Real Estate) are renovating a ranch style home in Gilbert, AZ where they live with their three children, and their Frenchie pup, Pete. When not at the soccer fields, Lexi and her family enjoy long road trips, hitting as many National Parks, beaches and cities as possible!

Today, the Lexi Grace Design team uses our in-depth knowledge and passion for good design as we approach each and every project with care. We know that the process of working with a designer isn't just about the end product—it’s about the whole experience! While we aim to create beautiful spaces, it's just as important for us those spaces invite conversation, belonging, community, laughter, and love.

Beyond Good Design

At Lexi Grace Design, we design for reasons greater than ourselves, our customers, and our partners—we design so everyone can have the security of home and a place to belong. How do we do this? We go Beyond Good Design.

WE GIVE BACK

We donate a portion of our Design Fee to bring “home” and support to those in need by partnering with mentoring and community-building organizations YoungLives and 1Mission.

WE BUILD AWARENESS

We bring attention to the needs and injustices within our communities by directing our marketing efforts to keep these needs and opportunities at the forefront of people’s minds.

WE LEARN

We value new information and consideration of all perspectives. We believe in keeping open minds and open hearts. We also believe in taking action when new discoveries are made.

WE TAKE ACTION

We are always in service to our clients, our community, and each other, but we go beyond these priorities by partnering with established organizations and enabling our partners and clients to be part of a bigger story. We are committed to holding ourselves and our partners (vendors, designers, clients, etc.) accountable and to being people of integrity.

Lexi Grace Design has an ongoing commitment to specifically support and serve 1Mission, a community development organization helping families earn homes through serving their communities, and YoungLives, a program providing support to pregnant and parenting teens.
