Item description“Company” is The Barn Studio AZ, “Premises” includes the barn, land, and any adjacent establishment on the property owned by The Barn Studio AZ, and “Renter” is the person or entity renting the premises or equipment.



PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

An initial payment equal to 50% of the total booking cost is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due at the end of the rental period. Payment can be made via Venmo, Cash, or Check.


CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY
A confirmed booking that is canceled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time will incur no charges and all payments will be refunded in full. No refund for any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the booking date/time. If the company must cancel the renter’s reservation, the renter will be given, at the company’s sole discretion, either rescheduling priority or a full refund. The company is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as building equipment failures, power outages, weather, or other emergencies.



ACCESS TO BARN
Rental period is decided at the time of booking. Renter’s rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time. Rental time includes setup and tear down so please consider that while booking.


No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, etc unless negotiated at time of rental contract. Any renter that goes past the original end time of their booking will be charged an additional $50 per half hour spent extra. Renter must be out no later than 6:30 pm unless discussed and agreed to by staff prior to agreement signature.


CLEANING & TRASH
Renter agrees to leave premises and all contents in the same condition as they were when renter arrived. Company will dispose of trash collected in the supplied trash cans. Oversized items that do not fit in provided cans, must be disposed of off property by renter. If trash is not properly disposed of or if studio is left excessively dirty by renter, the company may charge a $75 cleaning fee.



ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Renter will receive a personal one time access code via email 24 hours prior to their rental time to access the barn. Renter must lock the barn at the completion of rental.


THE BARN STUDIO AZ GUIDELINES

Maximum number of 15 people are allowed in the barn at one time

Renter is not permitted to access other parts of the property without permission agreed at time of contract

Any music or noise must be kept at reasonable levels

All small and/or hard to clean material (paint, confetti, hair cutting, food products, etc.) require approval from company representative. Additional Cleaning fee may apply

No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative

No alcohol is allowed in the studio or on the property unless approved by company representative at time of contract signing

No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the studio

No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Use of the barn’s premises and equipment is at renter’s risk. Renter hereby agrees that company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to renter, renter’s party, or possessions while on the premises. All persons and activity on company’s premises may be video recorded for security usage.



CONDUCT
We at The Barn Studio AZ maintain a clean, professional and positive environment. Renter shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying renter while on The Barn’s premises. Renter is aware that a company representative may be present during rental hours. If the representative observes dangerous, illegal, negligent or negative actions or activities, the representative reserves the right to stop the shoot and may ask renter and party to leave immediately. In such case, no refund will be given for unused time.


EQUIPMENT & PROPERTY
Renter shall notify the company immediately of any malfunction, damage or issues to the property or used equipment.


DAMAGE
Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to company’s property or equipment that occurs during the time renter or his party occupies the premises. Renter agrees to pay reasonable repair costs to bring the damaged space or equipment back to its original condition. Renter agrees to pay for damage including but not limited to spills, marks, stains and excessive wear on furniture.
