This house is an absolute dream in the heart of Arcadia Proper with amazing views of Camelback Mountain. Our friends at Gather Projects did a stunning job designing and building this home, per usual! Chris and Fallon are the duo behind this project, among several others that we have also been a part of. They hired us to stage the house, giving potential buyers an immediate feel of how their home could feel and how it could be lived in the moment they walked through the door.
Calle Tuberia boasts an amazing outdoor living space, both in front and back of the house. It is engulfed in gorgeous natural light during the day, with spacious, cozy bedrooms to retreat to at night. It also has a flex room that could be used as an office or playroom for kids, plus a laundry room and drop zone with endless storage and space! And the kitchen, with a butlers pantry and two sinks… need we say more??
