How to Apply
Please submit your cover letter and resume, including your social media handles, examples of technical work and two Design Boards as examples of your work (see below) to info@lexigracedesign.com with subject “Junior Designer Application”. Design Boards can be done in any format, but we would love them to highlight the imagery with some detail or direction. Do not worry about measurements of the space or floorpan. Most importantly, BE CREATIVE! We want to see something that reflects your personality, isn't on Pinterest & is reflective of LGD.
Design Board Guidelines
1. Living Room Furnishings
2. Primary Bathroom Finish Details
Your Client:
Husband and Wife, mid 30’s, 2 kids. Came to LGD because they love our portfolio and the work they have seen online. They are comfortable shopping at stores like Restoration Hardware, but also enjoy saving money on pieces where it doesn’t compromise quality. Their kids are old enough to not ruin the furniture with spit up and cheerios, but are also kids, so wear and tear is on their mind. They enjoy entertaining friends and family, outdoor living and ultimately want a space they can feel comfortable and relaxed in. They don’t love super trendy items or finishes but also are not stuffy or too classic. Their bathroom needs a total overhaul… shower, tub, separate vanities, lighting, flooring, etc.
Thank you for your interest in working with the LGD team and we look forward to seeing your work!
