LGD Camelback Build

Featured in the May/June 2023 issue of Luxe Magazine, our LGD Camelback build pays homage to the surrounding Arizona desert mountains. When our clients reached out to us, they had just purchased this incredible property with sweeping views of Phoenix’s Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale, Arizona. Understanding what a treasure this property is, our team used the mountain views as inspiration in planning the build design, outside and in.
The design inspiration was centered on timeless style, neutral and natural tones and textures, warmth and a focus on family and entertaining. We made sure to include views to the mountain whenever possible, and maximized the natural light in the space.
Lending to the uniqueness of this timeless design, we implemented one of a kind items like handmade tile, natural wood beams, a custom made pantry door.and carved limestone fireplace mantels.
Continuing with the new traditional aesthetic in the primary bath, we chose natural marble and classic finishes to complement the client sourced chandelier.
A loft lounge provides separate entertaining space with an adjacent seating area, walk out balcony, pass thru windows and dedicated standing bar.
