Meet the Team!
We have been growing so quickly as a small business (which is so exciting!) and with that comes new team members! I am so proud and excited to introduce you to our team, tenured and new, with our online community. This is an extremely talented to group, and their passions for design and others is evident in everything they do. I am so grateful to have them by my side, in the office and out in the field. LEXI
If you’ve been following along for some time, I am the “Lexi Grace” in Lexi Grace Design! I am the owner and Creative Director. My husband, Chris, (who is a real estate agent here in the valley) and I met in college and have been married for 16 years. We live in Gilbert with our two fun boys, Jackson and Malakai, our sweet girl Noa Grace, our French Bulldog- Pete, and a handful of chickens.
I love working everyday alongside these ladies and truly couldn’t do it without them. I am so excited for you to meet them! It’s been long overdue that I give the team a permanent spot on the blog! Give them all a follow on Instagram.

TONI
Toni is my BFF! She does all the things for LGD, but the numbers are her favorite and without her we would be in sad shape! I would probably be lost wandering the halls at market as well! She is an amazing singer, charcuterie board creator, gift giver, event creator, listener, Disneyland goer, advice giver… the list goes on. Toni is the ultimate mom to her girls, and amazing friend and she makes every day better than it should be!

APRIL
April’s design eye is unreal! As a Lead Designer, she has a lot on her plate. She has a keen attention to detail and her vocabulary teaches our team something new each day. We love hearing about her home renovations ––check out her kitchen before-and-afters on her Instagram page.
April’s capacity to teach kinder to her son and chase her 3-year-old daughter around, while juggling her role at LGD is a special skill. She brings so much humor, knowledge and many words to our team!

ALLY
Ally is our Junior Designer and has been with LGD for one year now! She has been busy creating beautiful spaces for our clients.
Ally loves travelling up to the high country in Flagstaff with her husband and pup, Oakley.
Ally’s smile lights up our whole office and we are so excited for everything she has ahead of her, including a new house and baby on the way!

JENNA
Jenna is LGD’s office admin and assistant in all the things––design, staging, marketing, @TheGreenfieldAZ… she’s on it!
Newer to Arizona (from Texas and a proud Texas Tech alum) Jenna and her husband enjoy traveling, adventures, and their sweet new pup, Bonnie! Some of her favorite places she has visited are Tulum, Whistler and Santorini.

LIBBIE
Libbie is LGD’s stager and warehouse manager. She handles SO MUCH with the best attitude and is always looking to improve processes! She is gifted with a great eye, organizational skills and musical talents.
Libbie is from the beautiful state of Montana, she is one of five sisters (and a triplet!), and she just adopted a kitten named Ivy!

MAGGIE
Our newest designer to the LGD team! In just the month she has been here, Maggie has contributed so much value, teamwork and ideas to the team! She is a Chicago native, newlywed and we are thrilled to have her at LGD!
