We’re looking for another new team member! The LGD Hospitality Host is a hybrid, part-time position, primarily overseeing LGD’s vacation rental, The Greenfield. Our ideal candidate would have a strong understanding and appreciation of the LGD aesthetic, desire to work in a cohesive team environment, with strong project management, customer service and communication skills. The Hospitality Host must be able to work independently, creatively problem solve when needed, be forward thinking and show initiative with a desire to grow and learn. This role requires someone efficient, flexible, self-starting and who has the ability to pivot and adjust on a moment’s notice.

We are looking for a Hospitality Host who will complement our culture while lending their unique skills and personality to help strengthen our team and grow the Greenfield’s brand and community presence.

Hospitality Host Role & Requirements

Part-time, hybrid position (10-15 hours/week after training)
Must have flexibility in schedule and reliable transportation
Must be able to service guest turnovers in-person at our vacation rental in Gilbert, AZ
Ability to manage bookings, inquiries, and guest communication through the AirBNB app
Work with LGD accounting team to manage Greenfield bookkeeping.
Manage cleaning and maintenance teams to fulfill guest turnovers properly and efficiently at
LGD’s standards.
Stay on top of market research to ensure The Greenfield pricing system is accurate throughout the
year.
Manage calendar (awareness of holidays, peak days, special events, etc).
Prepare guest experience catered to each individual guest.
Create brand awareness through social media and marketing.
Have a knowledge of local attractions, businesses and culture in order to collaborate with local vendors to enhance guest experience and Greenfield offerings.
Continue to develop and maintain The Greenfield aesthetic through guest experience,
furnishings, and styling, while working alongside the LGD styling team.
Continue to develop and maintain The Greenfield inventory system.
Build engagement with AirBNB for problem solving and resolution when needed.
Enhance The Greenfield brand through various channels (Social, Online, Partnerships, Collaborations,
Print, GF Swag, etc.)
Work efficiently and effectively
Ability to manage tasks and shift priorities as needed
