Lexi Grace Design is currently looking to add a Manager of Operations to our administrative team!

About the Manager of Operations role:

The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage, direct, and oversee all operational and administrative activities of the business to include (but not limited to) staging, styling, design & warehouse. This includes the implementation of processes/practices across the company to improve performance and to formulate strategy to assure productivity and efficiency of all departments. The manager of operations will manage key leaders within several departments and guide other team members to complete their individual tasks to achieve company-wide missions and goals. Work alongside ownership/management for continued LGD business development. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Strong ability to multitask

  • Strong understanding of operations and willingness to delegate TO empower team members to be successful for their benefit and our clients’

  • Comfort working with multiple groups/departments within business

  • Forward thinker

Responsibilities:

Our manager of operations will establish, maintain & drive forward business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability. They’ll manage the daily functions of LGD’s business, prepare annual performance reviews and aid in reevaluate/refining current practices. The manager of operations will ensure processes & procedures align for business efficiency and growth along with managing budget to align with business goals.
