Our goal for every Discovery Meeting is for you to have a solid understanding of what to expect when working with LGD. Together, we will review a sample Design Agreement to demonstrate a defined project scope and how project estimates & designer fees are outlined and may apply to your project-specific Design Agreement.
PROJECT PROCESS
Beyond understanding what it is like to work with LGD, we want you to walk away knowing what your project will entail and what professionals will be needed to fulfill your project. Do you have a builder? An architect? We will help you understand all that is necessary for your project to move from idea all the way to completion.
Furnishing Design
Available on its own or in tandem with build design, furnishing design involves everything that goes into your property once the build process has finished (build does not need to be complete to begin this process). We offer furnishing design for individual rooms, entire properties and everything in between.

Next, we'll schedule a 1-hour, in-person Discovery Meeting where we’ll meet to curate a project scope specific to your design needs and in line with the LGD aesthetic. Our team will use this time to explore your design preferences and answer any questions you might have. We’ll offer our suggestions and initial ideas for each space to help create a vision for how we can serve your project.

If you have your furniture but need all the finishing touches to complete your space, styling is the option you're looking for. Like our other design services, styling is also available for individual rooms or entire properties.
